What Happens in a Session?

Your first session will begin with a short consultation where you will complete a Health Record Form with your Practitioner or Therapist.  This form is confidential and you can discuss any concerns that you have about your health.  This then provides the Practitioner or Therapist with a broader picture of your lifestyle, your physical and mental health as well as your emotional wellbeing.  It also gives you the opportunity to get to know your Practitioner or Therapist and they can answer any questions that you may have going forward.

You will then be asked to lie on the Therapy Couch fully clothed – the only thing you may be asked to remove is your shoes.  You will be asked to relax and listen to the background music for a few minutes.  Once you are comfortable and relaxed the Practitioner or Therapist will begin to scan over your body with their hand or a crystal pendulum, working about two inches above your body within your Aura (energy field).  This allows them to establish which type of crystal web or grid that they will use during your session.

Most sessions involve placing crystals on or around your body in a non-intrusive way, crystals that the Practitioner or Therapist feels will be most beneficial to you at the time.  A full crystal therapy session including your initial consultation lasts for approximately 60 minutes and a taster session lasts for approximately 30 minutes.

During a session, you may feel a little emotional and could experience laughter or tears, your stomach may rumble, or your legs twitch.  Please do not worry as this is all part of the therapy process.  If you feel uncomfortable at any point, open your eyes and look at your Practitioner or Therapist (who will be watching you all the way through the session) and they will adjust or stop the therapy accordingly creedite

Please note that Crystal Therapy is not intended to replace conventional medicine and you should always seek medical advice from your GP or specialists for any medical concern that you have and always continue to take your prescribed medication.
